ennyForms is designed to handle submitted information from almost any mail form without having to set up the script for each form, set up multiple large templates, or include an abundance of hidden input values. All you have to do is design each form in your html editor, and when finished add a few characters to each Input-Tag "name". A few options do use form dependent auxiliary files.

Cascading Forms is a form to email program which allows you to split complex forms into a chain of simpler forms. It allows you to send a message at any point in the chain and perform error checking on the fields as the input as received.

AWT Form2Mail is an easy-to-use and highly configurable CGI program that sends the results of a submitted form to a specified email address, and also posts useful info like ip numbers and remote hosts per email. AWT Form2Mail can be integrated with existing web pages and catalogs. It allows you to create contact forms, registration pages, order forms or any other form.

FormMail is a generic HTML form to e-mail gateway that parses the results of any form and sends them to the specified users. This script has many formatting and operational options, most of which can be specified within each form, meaning you don't need programming knowledge or multiple scripts for multiple forms.

   Form2Mail  

Form2Mail is not just another Form-to-email script, it combines the benefits of a multi-user application with the neccessary tight security. It can be run as a single-user script as well but it's especially made for ISPs/IPPs. Once setup it can be easily accessed by anyone on the server who can write a HTML Form. The resulting confirmation page can either be customized by including a variety of hidden tags on the Form or the user can choose to use a confirmation page of his own by including a redirect-tag on the form.

   cgi-mailer  

cgi-mailer is a simple system enabling users to have HTML form input formatted in a user-defined way and sent to an email address, without needing a new CGI program for each new HTML form or any user access to the cgi program. cgi-mailer does not need to reside on the same server as the HTML forms that use it, so you only need to install it once for your entire organisation.

   Web MailForm  

The Web MailForm takes a configuration file and generates the resulting html form that will collect the specified data from the user, validate it and then e-mail the results to a specified e-mail account. The resulting e-mail can be a simple text message that describes what was entered or it can be an HTML e-mail which allows the results to be displayed in a table and makes for easier reading. The mail form is extremely customizable and allows the user to specify different foreground and background colors for each element displayed, if a text field is required and what must be in the text field if something is entered (this uses regular expressions to define the validity mask). The label that is displayed for each item can be displayed on the left or right of the item.

This form processor script, written in Perl for use on both UNIX and Windows servers, is designed to collect user information from multiple online forms. The script also has the ability to append the appropriate flat-file databases and send an e-mail message containing the results of the form submission.

Append is a perl script which appends all the form entries to a file for later processing. It also has the ability to mail people with the input to the form as well. The format of the file is almost HTML and most browsers should be able to read the log file as HTML.
